CrossFit Our 60-minute class. CrossFit combines a variety of functional movements, workouts combine, everything from cardio & bodyweight exercises to powerlifting & olympic lifting. Every day brings a new challenge, so get ready to learn, lift, and sweat!

QuickFit Our 45 minute class that builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

Fit Kids Who says adults get to have all the fun? Fit Kids teaches children the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. Fit Kids provides children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little athlete will do better on the field and the classroom.
Personal Training Our team will build a custom session just for you, scheduled at your convenience. Any and all of your fitness goals can be accomplished. To get started, contact [email protected]. GSR Fit Prep Course Our prep Course is a two-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success! If you choose to sign up for an unlimited membership after the prep course, $100 will be credited towards your first months dues!

FIT4LIFE Offered on Saturday at 9:00 AM, is a strength and conditioning class catered for people aged 50+. All classes include a warm up, a weight training circuit intended to build strength and bone density, while the classes finish with a workout designed to improve cardiovascular health. Open to any older adults who want to workout in a fun, safe, and inclusive manner.

Recurring Billing Cycle: All month to month memberships run on a 30 day recurring billing cycle. Initial payments occur at the time of registration and recurring charges debit on that date of each month, according to specified agreements until a membership cancellation is processed.
Cancellation Policy: A written or email notice is required to cancel or terminate any and all memberships. Emails can be sent to [email protected]. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged to any membership that is prematurely canceled before the contract ends.
Default Billing: All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account on file for membership dues, retail purchases, or default billing. Automatic Renewal: Once a term membership has expired, it automatically renews at the previous membership rate until membership cancellation is requested.
Membership Freeze: Members are entitled to request a freeze on their membership for a maximum of 3 times per year at no cost. Past 3 times will cost $50 per freeze period.
